- For the overall project coordination and partnership agreements we have agreed to have an online meeting each two months to update each other regarding project progress and relevant and important project matters such as main changes, issues, obstacles and related questions. The partners will use emails to communicate and in certain cases also by phone for fast communication with the project coordinator. A shared folder in google drive is prepared by the coordinator and made open for each partner in order to store, share documents and edit content materials. In the last part we have discussed our partnership agreement with a main focus on the financial responsibilities of each partner about keeping accurate track of project expenses, documentation of visibility and dissemination activities done by partners.
